The Vandasu “jama” group of the University of Ghana have released a new song for the Black Stars ahead of next Month’s FIFA World Cup qualifier against Congo.
The group made up of students of the University of Ghana mainly the Commonwealth boys (VANDALS) released the song just a week before the big game at the Babayara Sports Stadium.
The VANDASU group who always make themselves available at the Stadium during Black Stars matches have been staunch supporters of the National team for some time now.
According to the Organizer of the group Derrick Nyarko (Sketches), the new song is to motivate the team ahead of the game on September 1.
“We at VANDASU have been good supporters of the Black Stars, not only the Black Stars but all the National team.
“As a sign to show our love for the team and also motivate them ahead of the game, we decided to record this song.
“We all know how the Black Stars love jama so much, you always see them singing anytime they are going to play a football match so to us this is a sign of motivation.
“And trust me come September1 we are going to cheer them to victory at the Babayara Sports Stadium.”
The VANDASU Group have been in existence for some time now.
The Black Stars team meanwhile are expected to open camp on Monday ahead of the game against Congo.
